Test beds for innovation bring together industry, academic and healthcare service to improve NHS and social care in Scotland.
The national network was set up by the Chief Scientist Office of Scottish Government, to allow innovative solutions to be tried out in a real-world environment and ensure they are fit for purpose – clinically, financially and operationally - before being brought into wider use.
Test beds cover different aspects of NHS care - from managing long term conditions, digitising services, exploring health apps to integrating AI and machine learning.
